What looked like being a challenging run weather-wise turned out to be quite pleasant. I set off with the 9.30 group and realised after a mile that I hadn’t switched the Garmin on, thus the 3.2 miles above. As far as the schedule was concerned, it was supposed to be an easy run tonight and I could have kept at that pace. But I chose to speed up after a while and enjoyed and pretty fast run up Feck Hill by way of reward. The rain/sleet held off for the entire time out.
As always, good conversations with other runners before and after made for a lovely evening.
